Motor & Battery Warranty
Selected electric scooters, electric bikes, bicycles, and other applicable products may include a motor and/or battery warranty of up to 3 months, depending on the product brand and model.
Warranty periods and conditions vary by product. Customers should refer to the warranty information provided for their specific product or contact WB Bicycles for confirmation.
Warranty coverage does not apply to damage resulting from misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications or repairs, improper charging, normal wear and tear, or other circumstances outside the applicable warranty terms.
Repair & After-Sales Service
Selected products include 6 months to 1 year of repair/service support, depending on the brand, model, and applicable product terms.
Repair/service support does not necessarily include replacement parts, consumable items, transportation, or damage outside the applicable warranty. Additional charges may apply where applicable.
